Junk removal and haul-off

Cleared out, hauled off, done.

Junk removal, debris haul-off and site clean-out for property managers, contractors, landlords and commercial tenants. We load it, we take it, you get the space back.

What does trash removal include?

Trash removal covers loading, hauling and disposing of unwanted material: furniture, appliances, construction debris, office fit-out waste and full property clean-outs. Queendom Honeycomb sends a crew and a box truck, does the loading, and hauls the material off so you do not need a dumpster permit or a second trip.

Full service

We do the lifting, not just the driving.

A dumpster is a box that sits on your property for a week while somebody finds time to fill it. A haul-off crew shows up, loads what you point at, and leaves with it in one visit.

For turnovers, evictions, fit-outs and end-of-project cleanups, the second option is usually the cheaper one once you count the days.

  • Crew loads, you do not lift anything
  • Single item through full property clean-out
  • Construction and renovation debris haul-off
  • Turnover and eviction clean-outs for landlords
  • Office and retail fit-out waste removal
  • Same-day and scheduled availability

How a haul-off works

Point at it, we load it.

Most jobs are quoted from a few photos and cleared the same week.

Questions

Trash removal, answered.

How is trash removal priced?
By the job, based on volume, weight and access. Send dispatch photos of what needs to go and you get a firm price up front rather than an hourly rate that climbs while the crew works.
Do I have to move anything to the curb myself?
No. The crew does the loading. Point at what needs to go and it goes into the truck.
Can you clear a property the same day?
Often yes, depending on crew availability and the size of the job. Call (786) 300-8441 and dispatch will tell you the soonest realistic window instead of a maybe.
Do you handle construction and renovation debris?
Yes. Renovation and demolition debris haul-off is routine work for us, and we can schedule around your trades so the site is clear before the next crew arrives.
What will you not take?
Hazardous materials, including chemicals, solvents, asbestos and medical waste, need a licensed hazardous waste handler. Tell dispatch what is in the load when you book and we will be straight with you about what we can and cannot carry.

Ready when you are.

Tell dispatch the pickup, the drop and the deadline. You get a firm quote and a pickup window, not a callback promise.
