How many stops can one route cover?

It depends on distance, dwell time at each stop and the vehicle class, so dispatch builds the route around your actual addresses rather than a fixed stop count. High-density urban routes carry far more stops than spread-out regional ones.

Can I get proof of delivery for every stop on the route?

Yes. Each stop closes with signature confirmation and a time stamp, and you receive the record for the whole route, not just a single completion notice at the end.

What happens if a stop is closed when the driver arrives?

The driver contacts dispatch immediately and dispatch contacts you. Depending on what you tell us, the parcel is held for a second attempt, returned, or left per whatever written instruction you have on file for that address.

Do you handle seasonal volume spikes?

Yes. Our fleet spans sedans through box trucks and we add vehicles to a route during peak periods. Give dispatch as much notice as you can so capacity is reserved before the spike hits.

Is there a minimum contract length for a recurring route?

No. Routes run on a rolling basis. Most clients start with a trial week so both sides can see the real timings before committing to a steady schedule.
