How much does a move cost?
Moves are quoted by the job, based on the size of the home or office, the access at both ends (stairs, elevator, walk distance) and the distance between them. Send a room list or a short video walkthrough and dispatch returns a firm number, not an hourly rate that grows on moving day.
Do you move apartments and single items, or only whole houses?
All of it. A one-bedroom apartment, a single sofa across town, a four-bedroom house and a twenty-desk office are all normal jobs. Single-item moves are common enough that we quote them the same day you ask.
Are my belongings insured during the move?
Yes. Crews are bonded and insured, and the vehicle carries the same GPS tracking our courier fleet uses. Tell dispatch about high-value items such as artwork, antiques or instruments when you book so the right handling and coverage are applied from the start.
Do you provide packing and materials?
Yes, packing help and materials can be added to any move. Tell dispatch how much packing you want handled and it is quoted into the job rather than billed as a surprise on the day.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to three weeks is comfortable for a full household move, and end of month fills fastest. That said, dispatch runs 24 hours a day and we take short-notice and same-week moves whenever a crew is open.
Do you do office and commercial moves after hours?
Yes. Most commercial moves run evenings or weekends so the business does not lose a working day. Since dispatch is staffed around the clock, an overnight move is a normal booking for us.
Do you move long distance or only locally?
Both. We are based in Dallas, Texas and run local moves across Dallas Fort Worth, plus long-distance moves nationwide using the same fleet that runs our freight routes.
