Queendom Honeycomb Couriers ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and provides courier, parcel distribution, medical courier, freight, moving and trash removal services. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to quote and perform a delivery or service:
- Contact details you provide, such as name, company, email address and phone number.
- Job details you provide, such as pickup and delivery addresses, dates, times, vehicle requirements and a description of what is being moved.
- Correspondence you send us by email, phone or the quote form on this site.
- Standard technical information collected automatically by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site working.
How we use your information
- To prepare a quote and to schedule, dispatch and complete the work you request.
- To contact you about a job in progress, including status updates and delivery confirmation.
- To keep records required for insurance, bonding, billing and chain of custody.
- To respond to inquiries about employment or contracting opportunities.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to third parties for their own marketing.
Protected health information
When we transport clinical materials or patient records, we handle protected health information under HIPAA. Our couriers are HIPAA certified and protocol trained, custody is documented at each handoff, and clinical information is used only to perform the transport and to maintain the records the law requires. Covered entities that need a business associate agreement should contact us at Admin@QueendomHoneycomb.com.
Sharing your information
We share information only where it is necessary to do the work or where the law requires it:
- With the driver or crew assigned to your job, limited to what they need to perform it.
- With service providers who support our operations, such as hosting, communications and billing, who are bound to protect the information they handle for us.
- Where required by law, subpoena, court order or a government request we are legally obliged to answer.
- Where you have asked us to share it, for example with a receiving facility.
Data retention
We keep job records, delivery confirmations and chain of custody documentation for as long as our insurance, bonding, contractual and legal obligations require, and then dispose of them securely.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take the obligation seriously and limit access to what each person needs to do their job.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only the cookies required for it to function and for basic security. If we add analytics or advertising technology in the future, this policy will be updated before that happens.
Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email Admin@QueendomHoneycomb.com and we will respond. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
